Come and pick up your student's ITBS scores
In September our students took the ITBS exam. The scores have returned and we will be issuing those results to parents on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 7:00PM. Please join us as we give you some very important information which could assist you in understanding how we can better partner to assist your child.
"The purposes for using standardized achievement batteries with students in the primary grades are much the same as those for testing in later grades. The results can provide unique information about individual students and classes for use in instructional planning. When used as intended, such batteries can be a useful supplement to teacher observations about what students are able to do, and they can provide a starting point for monitoring year-to-year student development." (ITBS, 2009)
